How it started
TruImpact wasn't built. It happened.
It didn't start with a business plan or a pitch deck. It started with founders calling us because something wasn't working and nobody around them could tell them why.
So we'd sit down with them. Go through everything. Ask the uncomfortable questions. Fix things nobody asked us to fix. At some point, “helping a few brands on the side” became a full-time obsession. So we made it official.
