Amazon Media Buyer.

Own Amazon ad campaigns end-to-end for D2C brands - Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. You drive ACOS/TACOS targets, build keyword architecture, and coordinate with listing teams to make every impression count.

01 · Reality check

Is this actually for you?

You'll fit if

  • You obsess over search term reports on Amazon
  • You monitor ACOS daily and flag drifts within the hour
  • You coordinate cleanly with listing and ops teams
  • You've managed Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display
  • You understand Amazon is not Meta - different playbook entirely
  • You treat every rupee like it's yours

Maybe skip the form if

  • You've only run Meta ads and want to 'try Amazon'
  • You don't know the difference between ACOS and TACOS
  • You've never managed keyword harvesting
  • You think running ads on Amazon is just setting a daily budget
  • You've never coordinated with a listing team
  • You need someone to tell you what to optimize

Here's what this actually looks like.

FAQ

Sponsored Products only, or all three ad types?

All three - SP, SB, and SD. You should know when to use each and how they interact. Running only SP and ignoring SB and SD is leaving money on the table.

Do I work with the listing/catalog team?

Constantly. Ads can't fix a bad listing. You'll flag title, image, and A+ content issues to the brand or our content team before throwing more spend at it.

ACOS or TACOS - which one matters here?

TACOS. ACOS in isolation lies. We optimise for total advertising cost of sale and incrementality, not just the ad-attributed slice.

Is this fully remote?

No. Monday to Friday at the Pune office, Saturday WFH. We work better when the team is in one room.

Do I need agency experience?

No. In-house is fine. We want real experience, real outcomes, and the ability to work across brands.

What if I'm great at the job but a bad interviewer?

The task round is a take-home. Your work speaks for you. Charisma is nice but optional.

How many brands will I work with?

We work with 15-18 D2C brands across supplements, ethnic wear, kids apparel, stickers, lab diamonds, and more. You'll go deep on a select group of 4-5 brands in a POD.

Will I talk to founders?

Yes. No layers of account managers. You sit in the conversations that matter.
