Graphic Designer (AI-native).

Design performance ads that stop the scroll and drive clicks. Not brand campaigns - direct response creative that sells. This is a high-volume, high-impact role. You will be the creative engine that powers our client campaigns.

01 · Reality check

Is this actually for you?

You'll fit if

  • You ship fast - brief at 11am, options by 3pm
  • You study winning ads from other brands daily
  • You have a swipe files and actually use it
  • You use AI tools as part of your workflow
  • You care about CTR, not just aesthetics
  • You can make something look expensive under a tight deadline

Maybe skip the form if

  • You think performance ads are 'beneath' brand design
  • You've never looked at ad performance data
  • You need a week to deliver one static ad
  • AI tools intimidate you or you refuse to use them
  • You only work from fully detailed briefs
  • You optimize for awards, not conversions

02 · The deal

Here's what this actually looks like.

  • You'll see exactly which ad drove ₹5L in revenue and which one flopped.
  • Your work gets tested against real data every week.
  • No guessing, no opinions - just what converts.
  • You ship fast.
  • A brief that comes in at 11am has options by 4pm.
  • You study winning ads from other brands daily.
  • You have a swipe file and you use it.
  • Your work should look 'expensive' even under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in graphic design, ideally for D2C/ecommerce brands
  • Mastery of Figma (for wireframes/mockups) and Photoshop (for wizardry)
  • Efficient use of Canva for speed
  • AI tools fluency: Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, Ideogram, Flux, Adobe Generative Fill, Runway, Kling, Pika Labs, ElevenLabs, Suno. You use AI to move faster, not to replace thinking
  • Performance mindset - you understand that an ad's job is to get a click or a sale, not win a design award
  • Bonus: basic video editing/motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects)

03 · The role

What you'll actually own.

FAQ

Will I do brand design or ad creative?

Ad creative. Performance ads that sell. If you want brand identity work, this isn't the role.

Which AI tools do you use?

Midjourney, Higgs, Veo, Seedance, Ideogram, and whatever works. We expect you to use AI as a production multiplier.

Is this fully remote?

No. Monday to Friday at the Pune office, Saturday WFH. We work better when the team is in one room.

Do I need agency experience?

No. In-house is fine. We want real experience, real outcomes, and the ability to work across brands.

What if I'm great at the job but a bad interviewer?

The task round is a take-home. Your work speaks for you. Charisma is nice but optional.

How many brands will I work with?

We work with 15-18 D2C brands across supplements, ethnic wear, kids apparel, stickers, lab diamonds, and more. You'll go deep on a select group of 4-5 brands in a POD.

Will I talk to founders?

Yes. No layers of account managers. You sit in the conversations that matter.
