Requirements
What we need from you
1-3 years in graphic design, ideally for D2C/ecommerce brands
Mastery of Figma (for wireframes/mockups) and Photoshop (for wizardry)
Efficient use of Canva for speed
AI tools fluency: Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, Ideogram, Flux, Adobe Generative Fill, Runway, Kling, Pika Labs, ElevenLabs, Suno. You use AI to move faster, not to replace thinking
Performance mindset - you understand that an ad's job is to get a click or a sale, not win a design award
Bonus: basic video editing/motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects)
